T E R M S  &  C O N D I T I O N S

  1. Patch testing for tinting must be carried out on all new customers 24hrs before treatment.
  2. Please give 48hrs or as much warning when cancelling treatments. 
  3. Cancelling within 24 hrs will incur a 50% charge.
  4. Failure to turn up or cancelling on the day will incur the full treatment charge. 
  5. Please be aware that late arrivals wont receive an extension on their treatment.
  6. Under 16's must have written consent from a parent. 
  7. Gift vouchers must be presented at the appointment.  Failure to present the voucher at the appointment will incur the full treatment charge and a refund will be given on presentation of the voucher after the treatment. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months only.
